THIS THREE ROOM SHED OUTSIDE OF MANHEIM BUROUGH ON AN EMPTY LOT IS THE MAILING ADDRESS FOR SOURCE ONE AUTO AND CAR TIME AUTO SALES. THEY WERE EXCEPTING APPLICATIONS TO BE A SALESPERSON FROM PEOPLE ALL OVER THE UNITED STATES. BRIAN: THE PHILADELPHIA WOMAN FALSIFIES LICENSE APPLICATIONS AND SKIPPED BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR DOZENS OF SALESPEOPLE WHO WERE SELLING CARS ONLINE ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. THEY DO NOT KEEP ANY RECORDS. THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE PROBABLY DRIVING UNSAFE VEHICLES. THERE IS NO WAY THEY WOULD KNOW. BRIAN: ALL THE SALES WERE PRIVATE TRANSACTIONS. SELLING MORE THAN FIVE VEHICLES A YEAR AND PRIVATE TRANSACTION WITHOUT A DEALER’S LICENSE IS ILLEGAL. IT IS KNOWN AS CURB STONING . YOU PARK A CAR BY THE CURB AND SELL IT OFF THE STREET. CONSUMERS ARE LEFT WITH NO WARRANTIES AND NO GUARANTEES. PLEASE TELL ME THAT TO AVOID
