2012-2015 Jeep Wrangler JK Cold Air Intake Filter Kit Airaid MXP 310-132 311-132 312-132 313-132

Hey we’re back with another edition of Airaid
TV and today we’re excited to show you our MXP series cold air intake system for the
Jeep Wrangler. Now come on over and let’s take a look. See what comes with our kit. We have a one piece fully roto-molded complete
air box, roto-molded intake tube, air box lid, 1100-CFM washable and reusable air filter,
six inch velocity stack, silicone hump hose, silicone coupler, and our hardware pack, with
detailed step-by-step installation instructions, and everything needed for a complete installation. Now it’s time to remove the factory intake
system. I’m gonna loosen the hose clamp at the throttle body, disconnect the factory
temperature sensor, remove the two six millimeter bolts and disconnect the factory breather
line. Now this air box is held in only by grommets, so we’re going to rock it back and
forth and remove. Now it’s time to modify our factory air scoop.
Now it’s time to install our Airaid cold air intake system. I’ve already gone ahead and
installed our six inch velocity stack, our air scoop bracket, and our modified air scoop.
Now let’s put the box in the jeep. You just wanna align the box and tighten down with
the hardware provided. Now it’s time to install our Airaid intake
tube. I’ve gone ahead and installed our silicone coupler, our barbed fitting, our silicone
hump hose and reinstalled our factory temperature sensor. Now let’s put the tube in the jeep.
You just wanna align the tube and tighten down with the hose clamps provided. Now it’s time to install our Airaid premium
filter. I just wanna put it in the box, slide it over your velocity stack, and tighten down
with the hose clamp provided. Now it’s time to install our air box lid.
I’ve gone ahead and installed our gasket, now you just wanna align the holes and tighten
down with the hardware provided. Well, now our installation is almost complete.
You just want to double check and make sure your hose clamps are nice and snug. Reconnect
your factory temperature sensor and breather line and reinstall your factory beauty cover. Now let’s hear how this baby sounds. Well,
thanks for joining us today. Be sure and check us out on the web at airaid.com and follow
us on Facebook and let us know that you like us. We’ll see you next time on Airaid TV.

  1. But, are Hose clamps Provided????

    lol.

Serious question. Why doesn't the kit come with a Air scoop molded in. Why do I have to modify my stock one, and attach?
