Albanian gangs moving in on Brit drug dealers’ patch sparking turf war up north

Scores of Eastern European criminals are heading north to sell their nearly- pure heroin and cocaine, which they source from South American cartels  But this means they run into local gangs in places such as Preston and Blackpool, causing confrontations  One British gang member said an Albanian stabbed him with a broken bottle in a Nando’s toilet this month  As a result, he now carries a meat hook and 12-inch kitchen knife. “If I’ve got to put someone away, I will,” he told the Daily Star  “The Albanians are moving in all over the place. They are ruffling a few feathers and it could get messy ” Albanian gangs sell purer cocaine, forcing British dealers to produce a cleaner product, and are also known for manning their phones 24 hours a day
