  1. She would not work with this crooked slimy oily scum bag I wonder why? What a joke I would not even take my money back hold him to the contract have him make up the difference. I believe this "honest" mistake happens all too frequently at this establishment

  2. shoting thief(s) is legal, all she needs to do is lay and wait and bang bang with a shotgun, and nobody will ever steal her car, and she will not have any legal issues, it is fully legal and that is what she should have done

  3. I'm on a Youtube binge of stuff like this. It's amazing how often the offending person is an immigrant in these instances. I'm not saying we shouldn't allow immigrants or increase the difficulty to become a citizen; however, we need to put some restrictions on land and business ownership. I think it's very obvious that wealthy families from other countries are buying US land with no understanding of our legal system. Wasn't America founded on this idea that wealth shouldn't mean power? What happened to that?

  4. If the contract is signed, it's done! If you made a mistake in the detailing, it's on you. Like the Ferengi saying: a contract is a contract is a contract.

  5. it's an intersting loophole. Screw the person by messing up the taxes, most states allow a repo for that or messing up the registration, and then the actual contract for the purchase isn't what you are changing without merit, but the "acomodate" the extra money on new terms.

  6. How can they make her sign a new contract? The contract is just that a contract which the dealership has to honor. So if he made the mistake then it's on him.

  7. Now sue the muther!
The "dealer" looks like a total sleazeball. I hope others stay away and drive him to bankruptcy

  8. Shouldn't she have gotten to keep the car rather than taking the cash back no matter what if they both sign that contract she did not have to give that car back as long as she made the payments the tax will roll over to the actual dealership because they chose to do that

  9. This guy made a horrible business decision. He was going to make way more than the $400 in just the in-house financing. Also he has possession of the title and didn’t have to hamd over the title till he got that $400 in the end. I’m really glad this woman didn’t pay that $400 cause they might have found another way to screw her over for more before getting that title in her hand. Now she has her $600 back and can find another Buy Here Pay Here used car lot. It’s not really a good way to buy a car but if u don’t make much money or ur credit is bad, then u gotta do what u gotta do but that’s doesn’t mean this woman deserves to get double screwed over.

  10. He said she had an illegal contract. He was also the one who provided her with the contract.
Probably not smart to broadcast that your company is actively engaged in illegal activities.

  11. Yep car dealer ships most curupt people on the earth I know a guy that traded his 2006 gmc canyon in it only had like 60k on it he got 3000 on trade in and about 3 days later it was on sale for 14000 bucks on the adds he was pisses.

  12. the one providing and producing the contract can't claim ignorance of what is in the contract, "we made a mistake" isn't a get out clause to what you have already agreed to, it either breech of contract or when they Repossessed, they stole the car.
I'm sure the owner of this car dealership would be totally fine with someone bringing back a car and getting their money back claiming that "they made a mistake" right?

  13. The dealership did absolutely nothing wrong here. Most people don’t understand the law when it comes to rescission rights. Customers like this one here always avoid calls, never return emails, and hide whenever a dealership needs some type of stipulation that is required from the bank. Customers like this one do their best to hide the car, never return phone calls, never respond because they’re afraid of an unwind.
In California, we have 10 days after delivery to get the deal approve. When a customer does not and refuses to cooperate, we have the right to retrieve our vehicle back. Its customers like this that give car dealerships a bad wrap.

  14. I mean she was avoiding text messages, phone calls and just avoiding in general so I’d tow her car too she clearly doesn’t deserve to have a car what a dumb ass and Jackie is dumb too she didn’t give the dealer a chance to speak she kept cutting him off

  15. Pure ignorance you have no credit and go to dealers for cars and then don’t cooperate with the business and don’t respond to the calls. This is a business not a game if you want to play games and play dumb and not pick up calls and not pay you will pay a price

  16. Fucking foreign scum shouldn’t be allowed to run businesses like this in our country. He can’t even do simple addition and subtraction.

  17. lesson is don't buy a car from someplace like that. always go to a new car dealer and pay at least 25% of the total price. thats what i did.

  18. they come to this country for the American dream     well you butt face the American dream isn't to rip off other people     your a criminal and should be locked up

  19. My dad's best friend brought his truck to the dealership for repairs. When he went back it was found on the sale lot with a sale sticker on it.

  20. I live in Denver and it's funny I just got scammed by a car dealer that has the same exact accent is this guy. This guy sold me a car and told me the computer got wet and guaranteed me the title would come back clean and then called me and told me he had the title and it was clean but yet when I picked it up it was a flood branded title and he would not give me my money back the funny thing is I took him to court and the judge saw it his way so moral of the story is foreigners get away with everything and judges are crooked as hell

  21. Lesson learned: Don’t go to a shit dealership like this. Just go to a CarMax dealership if you really want to buy a used car. End of discussion!!!

  22. Never agree to sign a new contract unless it's a better deal to you. They cannot legally make you sign a new deal and you can make them a ide by it. What that guy did was totally illegal. Those fees and taxes were on him once that contract was signed. Tbe cow company should know this as well. That lady needed to take the dealership and tow company to court.

  23. its not her fault, they screwed up the numbers on the contract, they have to cover those things when they mess up, and it sounds like he does it often.

  24. There are ways to prevent your car from being towed . Just look it up on internet. Don’t make it easy on them.

  25. It is a matter of bedrock contract law that the agent of a company is utterly incapable of stating anything that is untrue about a contract. This is because anything that the agent says or promises to do is part of the contract. Period. Full stop.

The way you can tell if a company employee is legally an agent or not is whether an oral contract with them is binding — if you can say “sign me up” to someone on the phone and your service contract starts immediately, you talked to an agent. If you didn’t talk to an agent but the company wants you bound to a contract, they need your signature on paperwork. They cannot have it both ways — many companies have verbiage in their written contracts that say that written contract is the only agreement possible, but that’s not how contract law works. If you made an oral agreement, were never provided any written contract terms until after you agreed, then the oral agreement IS the contract!

The trick is proving it in court, which is why call center employees are typically under orders to hang up instantly if a customer says they are recording the call.

  26. This is a common tactic by unscrupulous dealers. Never sign a new contract. The signed contract is binding whether that like it or not.

She should behave sued them for fraud.

  27. I don't understand, what's the problem with buying a car with cash? Don't go after things you can't afford. Just don't. I rather buy a 10 year old car by full cash rather than the shiny new sedan on a loan.

  28. The contract is the contract! Everybody signed it and she drove off with the car. If they screwed up it's on them and she, even though she got her money back, should sue the shit out of them.
