something I came up with to honor dad’s legacy and honor the fact that he truly believed in service. That was always Mr.
Wessel’s number one goal. That’s the way we’ve always been trained, and that’s the way we’ve always performed. There’s a way to do
business and a way not. And that’s the way we were
taught with the Wessels. You either do it the right
way or you don’t do it. You instill your
practices and your beliefs in something, and that’s
what makes you legendary. You walk in. You have

they’re a part of our team. And I think that goes a
long way in making someone really have a good experience
