Hero Prevents Bus Rape And This Is The Thanks He Gets

A MAN
WAS RIDING A BUS WHEN HE WITNESSED A SEXUAL HARASSMENT
OCCUR ON THE BUS. WE HAVE
THE VIDEO, CHECK OUT WHAT HAPPENED.>>THAT IS WHAT WAS CAPTURED ON
VIDEO. BUT HE ACTUALLY WENT ON FACEBOOK AND DETAILED ABOUT WHAT
HAPPENED BEFORE, AND THEN FOLLOWING WHEN HE WAS PLACED IN HANDCUFFS. I WILL READ YOU A
LITTLE BIT OF WHAT HE SAID ON FACEBOOK. EVENTUALLY WHEN POLICE
ARRIVED, A SGT. DID RELEASE HIM AT THE SCENE. HE GOES ON TO SAY THIS. THIS DID END ON A VERY
POSITIVE TAKE. I THINK THIS IS A VERY RESILIENT INDIVIDUAL FOR
THIS TO HAPPEN TO. I WANT TO GET A REACTION FROM BOTH OF YOU. WATCHING THIS VIDEO AGAIN IS REALLY DISHEARTENING TO SEE THE REALIZATION WASH OVER HIS FACE
AS HE IS ñ HE DID EVERYTHING THAT HE SHOULD HAVE, HE ASKED
PEOPLE TO RECORD, HE IS RESTRAINING THIS GUY, AND YET HE
STILL PLACED IN HANDCUFFS. DO YOU THINK THE POLICE ACTED ACCORDINGLY?>>OF COURSE, HE WAS A VIOLENT
ANGRY BLACK MAN. OF COURSE. HE WAS RESISTING ARREST, THE OTHER PERSON. AND HE WAS INEBRIATED,
WAS SCREAMING OBSCENITIES. HE WAS LITERALLY SITTING DOWN ON
THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BUS SAYING HE TRIED TO ATTACK ME. WITH THIS
HAVE HAPPENED IF HE WAS WHITE AND THE OTHER TWO WAS BLACK OR
ANOTHER ETHNICITY? POSSIBLY. I AM NOT GOING TO ROLL THAT OUT. BUT IN THIS INSTANCE DID THEY
ARREST HIM INAPPROPRIATELY? ABSOLUTELY?>>I THINK THAT MOMENT WHERE HE
GOES ñ I THINK ALMOST EVERY AFRICAN-AMERICAN IN THE COUNTRY CAN RELATE TO THAT MOMENT. WHERE
THEY DO SOMETHING GOOD AND NOW THEY ARE GOING TO GO PUT IT ON ME. SO THEY HANDCUFFED HIM
OUTSIDE. IT IS GOOD NEWS AT THE END THAT THEY FINALLY GOT SOME
SENSE IN THEM AND DID NOT BRING HIM DOWN AND ARREST HIM. BUT YOU
DIDN’T HAVE TO PUT HANDCUFFS ON HIM. HE IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE.>>HE WAS NOT A FLIGHT RISK AT
ALL.>>BEFORE YOU GO TO PUT
HANDCUFFS ON ANYONE, WHAT YOU JUST ASK THE GIRL WHO WAS RIGHT
AND WHO IS WRONG? THEN YOU WILL OF COURSE DO MORE
INVESTIGATIONS. BUT THEY WILL TELL YOU WHO WAS RIGHT AND WRONG ENOUGH TO KNOW IF YOU SHOULD
HANDCUFF THIS GUY. THERE IS AN ASSUMPTION BASED ON RACE. THE
ASSUMPTION IS I HAVE TO HANDCUFF THIS GUY, THERE IS A CONFLICT. HANDCUFFED HIM FIRST, ASK QUESTIONS LATER. ANOTHER FACTOR
IS AGE, HOW YOU ARE DRESSED. IF THAT IS A 60-YEAR-OLD WHITE MAN
IN A BUSINESS OUTFIT, THERE IS NO WAY IN THE WORLD THEY
HANDCUFFED HIM. YOU KNOW IT?>>I MENTIONED IT JUST FOR THOSE
IN THE AUDIENCE THAT WOULD BE LIKE NO, THERE IS ONE INSTANCE I
THOUGHT IN THE LOCAL NEWS REPORT. BUT YOU ARE RIGHT. WHAT
IS REALLY INTERESTING, THERE IS A FOLLOW-UP VIDEO THAT WE DIDN’T SHOW HERE WHERE HE IS SAYING I
AM A COLLEGE GRADUATE, I HAVE NO PRIORS, DON’T ARREST ME. IF THEY
DO ARREST HIM AND DETAIN HIM, BOOM, HE IS IN THE SYSTEM. ALL
OF A SUDDEN, FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER, NOW HE HAS PRIORS. NOW WHEN SOMEONE ARRESTS HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE, MAYBE FOR
DOING ANOTHER GREAT THING, MAYBE HE WILL STOP A PERSON SNATCHER,
THEY WILL SAY WAIT A MINUTE, HE HAS BEEN ARRESTED FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT OR ASSAULT. IT DOESN’T
MATTER IF THAT PERSON WAS SEXUALLY ASSAULTING A MINOR, WE
HAVE TO ARREST YOU, SORRY. YOU ARE A SCARY BLACK GUY. NOW THE NEXT TIME HE GETS
ARRESTED HE IS IN THE SYSTEM.>>HOPEFULLY HE WON’T. I GOT
ARRESTED ONCE, IT WAS A FALSE ARREST, HE GOT EXPUNGED. THE
WHOLE COURT SAID IT SHOULD’VE NEVER HAPPENED, IT IS GONE. THE
NEXT TIME I GET PULLED OVER FOR A SPEEDING VIOLATION, THEY SAY SO I SEE YOU HAVE BEEN ARRESTED. THAT GUY, HE HAS TO EXPLAIN I HAVE BEEN A GOOD SAMARITAN. HE
WAS DOING THE RIGHT THING AND TRYING TO HELP SOMEONE. CAN YOU
NOT SEE THE FRUSTRATION OF AFRICAN-AMERICANS WHEN THEY HAVE
TO GO THROUGH SOMETHING LIKE THAT? I KEEP ASKING PEOPLE TO
EMPATHIZE JUST A LITTLE BIT.>>THAT IS WHY ATLANTA IS REALLY
GOOD AS WELL. IS A GOOD SHOW.>>PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SAYING THAT
THE POLICE WERE JUST RESPONDING TO WHAT THEY SAW AT THE TIME. WE
CAN’T IMAGINE WHAT IT MUST BE LIKE TO BE IN THE SHOES OF THOSE POLICE OFFICERS. I AM JUST
TRYING TO PRESENT WHERE PEOPLE SAY. THEY ARE SAYING THERE IS A
SKY THAT HAS BEEN ASSAULTED, THEN THEY HAVE THIS OTHER GUY WHO WAS YELLING AND VERY CLEARLY
IMPASSIONED ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENED. WHILE I FEEL IT IS
CLEAR THAT IN THE PLACE OF THESE POLICE OFFICERS THE ADRENALINE
IS RUSHING, MAYBE WE WOULD DO THE SAME THING? DO YOU THINK THAT IS A
FAIR ARGUMENT?>>NO.>>I WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER
EXAMPLE. MY FRIENDS WERE INVOLVED IN A FIGHT IN HIGH SCHOOL, WE WERE THE GOOD
STUDENTS, AND THEN THE COPS SHOWED UP. THERE WAS A FIGHT
BACK AND FORTH. THE COPS ASKED AROUND AND FIGURED OUT WHO
STARTED THE FIGHT. ONE SIDE WAS DOING SELF-DEFENSE, AND THE OTHERS STARTED IT. SO NO, THEY
DON’T HAVE TO ARREST EVERYONE. ESPECIALLY IN A SITUATION LIKE
THIS. THE GUY WAS JUST SITTING DOWN. I AM NOT SAYING THE MOMENT
THEY SHOWED UP ñ THEY SEE ONE GUY THAT WAS BLOODIED UP. JUST
TAKE A MINUTE TO ASSESS WHAT HAPPENED BEFORE YOU GO AROUND
HANDCUFFING THE REST OF THE WORLD. IF YOU LIVE IN A NICE SUBURB IT
HAPPENS ALL THE TIME.

  1. Just because the police did a mistake, everybody now is talking about racism. In the end, the black guy was released and is a hero on the internet, things couldnt come better for him. He was assaulting the other guy, put his hands on him and kind of threatened him, police thought, lets arrest him just in case, ok in the end was that wrong, but why do you make such a big thing of it. And no, its not because police hates black guys.

  2. Maybe there would be more people willing to stop things like this if the cops stoped arresting the few left who do

  3. WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT. This news reporter Mexican guy .. isn’t he the same one that was on that Tv show and said he didn’t like the guy simply because he was black ? 🤦🏻‍♂️

  4. This is not a surprise. While the situation ended peacefully, they didn’t conduct themselves officially. Second off, you wanna know actual fact especially if you live in Florida. Cops have a quota for tickets and if by the end of the month they don’t meet their quota, they can get written up. As proof, my best friends father worked as a cop for 20 years and is officially retired and he showed my friend how shit like this happens, plus my friends mother is an official magistrate of the court. Cops routinely make sure at the very end of the month people get tickets for speeding and other shit. Oh and I’m not taking just 10 miles of the speed limit, my mom got a ticket for 2 miles over the speed limit. Thankfully we’ve stopped making mistakes like that since then. Point being: if you’re routinely trained to do this kind of conduct, then what makes you think you think they won’t do something that violates the constitution or bill of rights

  5. I mean the police have to be clear on what happened. If they let him go after …what's the deal.
Btw just in case i hate the police but there has to be a comun sense when it come to some things

  6. When they say : quote if you see somenthing say something .mean you will be arrested too for get involve in something is not your business

  7. The look on my man face is priceless and then we killed it the most at the end he was just started shaking his head with the iigh. This is why you mind your business

  8. All those people on the bus and not one of them defended for the poor guy, if I were ther I would sung to the top of my lungs how he protected the little girl

  9. This is outrageous but yes in a fight no matter who started it or for what reason both parties will be put in handcuffs until things are settled my cousin unfortunately had a deal with this when a woman out of nowhere who we found out later was high on heroin I guess because weed does not make you act like how this woman was acting she ran up from the side and jumped on my cousin who was nearest to the curb and start wailing on her my other cousin her sister was panic but got herself together enough to kick the woman in her side and when this lady try to get her bearings she almost went for me until my first cousin who got attacked charge right into her we were near a strip mall when this was happening so of course someone had saw it and called the police and they weren't far away they came up and arrested both the lady and my cousin but as soon as it was clear that this lady was on something and my cousin was not in the mindset of someone who was just trying to be vicious or high as a kite they released her within an hour after getting her statements and asking if she would like to press charges it sucks that they do it but they don't know what happens when they get onto the scene they just see two aggressors but you would think was so many police officers at the scene because there was only two that came to us and there was well over five for this man that they would figure out real quick what had happened and not need to detain him but apparently they need a superiors input on the matter if he should be cuffed while explaining his side of the story this is elementary school rules we're both parties of a fight could look at it suspension due to no tolerance to violence policy even if the kid wasn't protecting himself and got put on the ground and cameras sold the whole thing and such policies are unethical immoral and just downright stupid

  10. It was because he was black wasn’t it?

Wow I have no hope for humanity.

Also I hope that girl is ok 😌👍

  11. Cops are the worst! When I was about 20, i got pulled over. Cop said i was swerving. He asked if i been drinking. No, i wasn't. He looked in the back seat and asked me what was in the case. I had a pool stick and was coming home from pool hall. He gave me a ticket for careless driving. I went to court to fight it. I lost. Guess what, I'm white. It's not a race problem. It's a cop problem

  12. We don't have a justice system, we have an engine of injustice. We all know this would have been different if he were white.

  13. WAKE UP AMERICA, THE PIGS ARE LOW IQ, LOW INTELLIGENCE, LOW SELF-ESTEEM CLOWNS IN A COSTUME, THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS, JUST A DUMB VIOLENT GANG THAT PRODUCES REVENUE, LIES, ABUSES PEOPLE , AND EVEN MURDERS CITIZENS!DISGUSTING!

  14. Cuff the black man is standard procedure. Had it been outside they would've shot first and asked questions later

  15. YEAH it ended well because the protector DID get let go AFTER they ascertained that he had no real reason to be arrested YES its just procedure to SECURE everyone until EVERYONE gets cleared of any possible warrants it ended well

  16. the police didn't see what happened. they restrained him until they could get the story. then they released him on the scene. it wasn't inappropriate. the scene was a bit chaotic and it was resolved without a lot of fuss. yes, i think a white guy would have had the same experience.

  17. This is why I tell the men in my family to fall back on hero-ing.

This country only sees skin color, not deeds.

  18. It's not just black men. There is a reason for the saying, "no good dead goes unpunished" and it is because many people and not just those of a particular race have experienced the brunt and negative backlash of it. But you have one of two choices once you have faced such a back lash; you can either choose to no longer go out of your way to do a good deed or you can choose to continue to do those good deeds despite the possible future back lash. I have a feeling though that in the long run those who continue with the ladder choice are glad of it. The "road less traveled" and all of that….

  19. First of all, he was not arrested only briefly restrained until the police were able to determine the situation.

Secondly, this happens to EVERYBODY (you retarded turk) when two people are involved in a conflict, public or private.

  20. No. It’s still Assault. Whether or not he was doing something right, Moise detaineed another civilian against his will, he didn’t need to be detained but the cops weren’t wrong to ask him questions. It was charging him that was wrong.

  21. So when the world starts to end(Please hurry Jesus) I guess the Police will still wAnt to arrest people for helping others so I guess we'll have to help those of our own color..wtf is going DOWN 👎

  22. what does the race of anyone there have to do with it. he did a good thing by stopping and assault but the police still had to put him in handcuffs until everyone calmed down and they could look at all the evidence and sensibly decide what to do. the sergeant would have done the same thing if he was white bc ur race has nothing to do with anything anymore.

  23. Thank you to that man and sorry about the pigs, they bring shame to my race. If it was me I would've let you go and probably even compensate you for it too.

  24. HAHAHHAHAHAHHA you stupid Assholes 😀 1: In any country, by any color, if you punch someone in the face and the cops show up, you surely get Handcuffed or else because you assaulted someone and they need to check if this is ok. 2: This Dude was released at the bus shortly after that shit.

  25. Important for cops to ask questions, get witnesses and listen. Good cops can asses the situation and treat the person appropriately.

  26. Bullshit ! Bullshit ! Bullshit ! I know for a fact this is another day in the life of a Black man in America . Guilty til proving innocent .

  27. People are so conditioned to criticize the cops they don't wait to find out the facts. They did not arrest him he was released at the scene after the initial investigation. The NYPD later awarded him for his actions.

  28. So the girl just sat there and watched him get arrested without saying anything?

Ok… Remind me never to help anyone out when their in danger if this is what it gets you lmao.

  29. I find it even more disturbing that the journalist or reporter laughed at this…. Oh sorry, they laughed at him saying "oh shit"…right…. It's subtle…wow

  30. This is like the time I got pushed against a wall, body searched and interrogated because I wanted to turn in a lost wallet I found in board daylight in the afternoon to some cops I saw on the street in Brooklyn, NYC… Can’t trust police the same again.

  31. This is truly sad!!! Some of the law enforcers serving today have a hateful spirit & a racially warped sense of reasoning. Only GOD can fix this mess & they also need to stop using improper training as an excuse for their officers incompetence or just clean house from the top to bottom sense they can't seem to get it under control. We're always labelled as being the problem starters instead of solvers (wow)

  32. In India either 1 of the 2 things would have happened in this situation…
    1. No one would have came to help that girl fearing they getting into trouble/ arrested by the police( some police here are worse than criminals so no one wanna be on that side)
    2. Every one in that bus would have catch the guy who molested the girl and beaten him to death even if there were police protecting him….. Just India is awesome….

  33. I’m gonna look at it in a way that race isn’t involved. Yes both people would have been arrested no matter what a police say a male on top of another male both will be arrested for the reason one looks like he’s assaulting the other and the other male has many people saying he was touching a little girl. Don’t bring race into a situation it doesn’t need to be brought into. Racist cops are more rare than you think.

  34. Respect for defending the young girl but technically he would need to be arrested for assault but when it’s explained in court I think the case would be thrown out instantly

  35. Ok you all are idiots !!! The officers did the right thing!! They took all parties into custody until they could sort out what happened!! It may suck but it’s procedure. Let’s not forget when officers or even the military go into a hostage situation they cuff all the hostages until they’ve cleared the situation and made sense of it. That’s for everyone’s safety so stop giving them shit I guarantee it would have happened the same if he were white this is why these young Turk fools and most of you are just proving your very own racist views

  36. They need more black police officers and sergeants to defend black innocent people against police violence and false arrests there needs be total transparency.

  37. Like how the sergeant defended the black gentleman and they also needs more of black police officers to be partner with white police officers to educate them on transparency in the black community on how to deal with situations.

  38. I think your title is incredibly misleading. All the guy did was touch her leg (sexual assault). Yes it was unwelcome but that's not rape. Calling it that bastardizes the term which is an insult to actual rape survivors. So ya, stop that shit TYT; be honest for once.

The dude is still a hero though.

  40. The young guy on the left is absolutely retarded. They need to replace him with someone who actually knows what their talking about. He clearly does not understand what an arrest actually means and entails.
