The man suspected of Wednesday’s car theft and armed robbery at a used car dealership in Girard has been arrested across state lines. This is an old mug shot of Thomas Kuhn from an unrelated case. Police say he was arrested in New Castle Pennsylvania early this morning, where he’s accused of stealing another car of the same make and model, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving without a license. This just hours after police in Girard say he robbed Car Town Motor Sales on South State Street, pointing the victim believed to be a gun at the owner of the dealership, and took off with cash and a Red Pontiac G6. Investigators say they were able to identify Kuhn with the help of surveillance video. Police say the stolen red G6 has not been recovered yet.
