Why a Used Audi RS7 Is the Best Car Money Can Buy

Audi RS7 it’s fast it’s fun it’s practical
it looks amazing and most importantly used its kind of affordable what is going on guys
I’m going to be explained as you guys why I think I used Audi RS7 is the best luxury
premium Ultra sedan or however you classified car on the market right now but before I do
any of that I need to show you guys the most important thing about a car V exhaust set
a Watchman exhausted I get a little sad because eventually manufacturers are going to slowly
fayze’s out and all we’re going to get is like hybrid electric vehicle sound good but
nothing beats the sound of the VA except for V10 V12 Audi RS7 is really popular among car
enthusiasts and there’s a lot of reason as to why one of the reasons is that it’s the
perfect one car garage it has the practicality of an S4 it has to perform almost to perform
open RAR has a lot of cargo space I mean I mean look at that rear hatch if you can fit
so much stuff in there and the other thing is that it looks absolutely fantastic I mean
it’s not over it’s not obnoxious it has that really nice front grill since you speak it
with Nardo grey which is my personal favourite colour it looks absolutely stunning and the
last reason is that it’s kind of a sleeper car if you’re not into Audis and you don’t
really care that much about cars you see an aura 7th and you’re like a pretty nice car
but if you’re someone who’s into cars do you like wow that’s that’s a really nice car so
let’s talk performance the RS7 actually comes in two variants you have the normal or S7
and the RS7 performance and obviously to RSM a little bit of a bump in Horsepower can you
get an extra things such as carbon ceramic brakes and extra carbon like every other performance
model every car ever had so normal RS7 you get 500 516 pound-feet of torque and you do
0 to 60 + 3 .6 pretty respectable number and then the RS7 performance to get a bump and
horsepowers you get 605 horsepower 516 pound-feet of torque 60 and 3.2 seconds now free comparison
I’ll give me the number to the R8 we all right is a V10 and it gets a 612 horsepower 428
pound feet of torque does 60 and 3 seconds so you can see that form it is really really
similar actually be alright is better TracFone cases it’s a better handling car but few looking
at purely StraightLine performance the RS7 Audi R8 are not a difference so let’s see
how much these bad boys and disclaimer they’re actually really expensive so normal RS7 brand
new will run you around $115,000 and if you decide to upgrade to the RS7 performance brand
new 137 dollars with options so what’s the difference between the two while like I mentioned
before you have the Carmen Ceramics and the extra carbon but you also got bigger Wheels
you get Audi dealer see which is dynamic ride control the super short version of beauty
is basically it’s out adaptive suspension that lets you Corner better and reduces body
roll as you’re driving to use Market on these cars is a completely different story these
cars go from unattainable and unaffordable to actually pretty reasonable guy today how
much they were when they were brand new so I actually have the numbers here so what I
did I wanted AutoTrader and I tried to like average 2015 to 2017 RX7 normal and performance
and this is what I found the 2015 is worth around $63,000 on average and it had forty-three
thousand miles on them 2016 were only $64,000 on average and I had thirty-five thousand
miles on them which is like $1,000 more but you have 10000 Les Miles pretty good teams
were $74,000 and they had not 28,000 miles on them so again of course the price is going
up as a mileage goes down and then if we actually look at the performance on average is around
$83,000 and they were at around twenty one thousand miles on them so you can see that
the best RX-7 to buy is a 2016 model year it’s the best price in mileage ratio if you
even compared to the 2015 you see that the 2015 cost around $1,000 last a thousand or
2,000 but it has like seven to eight thousand miles more bang for your buck to get a loan
to pay like $2,000 for it and then another did you press to make is the 2017 vs the 2017
performance we see that the performance one is only around 7 till like maybe $10,000 more
than the normal course you get those upgraded sub one thing is that these will hold value
little bit better and then the other interesting point to make is that the brakes so here’s
a big thing about carbon ceramic brakes and other expensive to replace $10,000 just for
the rotors so this is something that a lot of people will make the argument that hay
if I buy a used R7 I’m going to have to replace it and it’ll be another 10 grand but here’s
the thing they last for a thousand miles what’s a you buy one that has 20000 miles on it this
means you could safely drive the car for 40,000 miles and not have to worry about replacing
the rotors replace the rotors at least one which is an ER between 324 Grant so let’s
say we incorporate three to four grand in favour of the Arts and performance which means
it lowers its value by like 3 Grand now you’re only paying around 4ish grandma I think about
see if it’s worth it but it’s an interesting point to make that and I feel like not a lot
of people talk about these kind of small things they don’t really take into account that hate
to have to replace it and gives you more value because if you have the non-performance you
would have to replace the rotors at least once so the next thing I want to talk about
is the tuning capabilities of the R7 it’s pretty crazy what games you can get with Jose
and so I’m going to be looking at the APR which is one of the more well-known popular
tuning companies for Audi and they claim you can get anywhere between 90 to 160 horsepower
Ford 223 lb of torque and the range is based on the kind of octane you put so if you put
a hundred octane you’ll get the highest numbers that I mentioned if you put 91 you get lowest
numbers ever mention something to know the void your warranty so maybe find an external
warranty that covers and it’s your turn as long as I don’t know don’t blame me but this
to me kittens cars insane and then if we go for stage 2 APR 122 to 203 horsepower and
181 to 273 lb of 4 for an APR stage 2 and now I’m going to play a video of a tune RS7
from APR doing like a 3 V quarter-mile which is is it crazy fast like Lamborghini fast
now you saw that and I’m going to play the video of a Lamborghini Aventador svj yeah
it’s it’s the same for you can tune your RS7 and you can get the same StraightLine performance
is an Aventador svj for like an eighth of the price that just goes to show how capable
this car isn’t how greatest launch control is really hard to be especially through TuneIn
99.9 9% of the cars on the road will not be able to even touch this car in the last thing
I’m going to go over as a competition about the RS7 the biggest competitor that I found
was the bad and the e63s there’s a problem I have with the e63s is it is fast is actually
little bit quicker than they are at 7 but it just it doesn’t look as nice in my opinion
as the RS7 and then if you look at the BMW M5 I think in terms of you know StraightLine
performance but even though it’s better to drive around twisty roads and stuff there
are Seven Peaks in terms of straight line performance and being a little bit more luxurious
and here’s my issue is actually the M5 is that when you see an RS7 it actually has some
presents to it 2 BMW M5 it just looks like another BMW to me so what would you pick would
you go for the 2016 RS7 or would you go for a 2017 RS7 performance would you rather pick
a BMW M5 let me know in the comments let me know your thoughts. Let me know if you enjoy this video If you
guys did I would appreciate if you liked it it really helps me out and helps you to a
larger than like recommended to other people and you can join my content go ahead and subscribe
I really appreciate it all for today’s a new guys thanks for turning it and I’ll see you
in the next one
