  1. Bull shit..!!! HOW DO YOU TAKE SOMEONES MONEY AND THEY DONT GET A CAR..?!?!?!?!?!
How..?????? That's thieft..!!!!! You might as well as stuck a gun to her and took her purse you crooked as thieves..!!!!!!

  2. bought a car from those asswholes 6 years ago…..3 weeks later ended up having too junk it and told me when i bought the car that they would give me a percentage of each sale if i had people go their too buy a car.

  3. Car city just got great advertising for helping her! And it was fee! The best advertising is the ones like this!

  4. This guy spends his whole day and lays down at night wondering how he's going to scam some young lady out of her hard-earned money what a lowlife piece of shit what good parents he must have had Satan and Methuselah

  5. Thank goodness for nice people. That being said though is she suing the other guy in small claims court for her other 500?

  6. I know from experience that too many dealers flaunt their State laws. In Colorado an "advertised price" is to include ALL dealership fees but too often the dealers add on doc fees where they are not entitled by LAW to charge them on that particular sale. I pointed this out to many Sales Managers but since they get paid on these usurious "fees" they will try to slip them in even when they know that the law bars them.

  7. You cant make a down payment "non-refundable", the like losing an auction and still having to pay what you bid. The dude tried to hustle her and shouldnt be dealing anything.

  8. People seem to think most car dealers are crooks. Some are, yes. A large minority are. But the majority are just people trying to make an honest living. Unfortunately the 35% to 40% that really are crooks make the ones who aren't look bad.

  9. Gave her a free car so they get free positive publicity with having to spend a small fortune on advertising. On top of that they get a deduction cause the car was a gift. They artificially inflate the value of the car's value then what it's worth to get a bigger write off. The car never sold and just been sitting on lot too long just losing value every day and wasting money just to keep the tags current. They had to move it to create room for better and faster selling cars.

Plus have her as a future and all her friends and family as future customers. They will upgrade her to a more expensive model and sell her an overprice extended warranty that don't hardly cover anything. Also sell useless options and upgrades. Smarter then the other dealer but still a car salesman. Sorry don't trust any dealer or salesperson especially in a very cut throat business.

  10. I think the last salesman helped her because he felt like she was robbed and wanted to do something for her. Their not all crooked, I have always had good luck. Dealerships have reputations like all businesses and locals know who the scammers are. They shot themselves in the foot by ripping her off, people like me will not go there now.

  11. Two thing the guy was a crime and probably do this all the time but got caught finally. Car City did it for the publicity remember it’s all about the money.

  12. This is why you never put any money down until you know the financing will be approved… Or put it in writing that should the loan not be approved you get your down payment refunded… If you have to right it down across the dealers paper work and make them sign it…

  13. We should all get the Allstate car dealers phone number and call him all day and tell him what a sorry car dealer he is and that we will never buy from him and tell everyone we know to call him… Just in a few days he will turn off his phone and just maybe give her the money back or if we're lucky he will close the doors on this crooked dealership…

  14. If she paid $1500 to those losers, how come she got back only $1000?
She should sue and file a police complaint … so she gets back $ 500 more + $ 25000 for the agony they put her thru

  15. I hope enough people saw that crooked Car Dealership and the news spread like Wildfire so he goes Out Of Business, for that $500 he stole.

  16. πŸ˜‚ this is why I buy from the auction, I bought a 2005 Porsche 911 turbo for $16,000 2 years ago.

  17. LOL…that dealer that set her up with a car only waive her down payment, she gets a car with a high interest rate and a monthly bill which in the end she pays twice what the sticker is…..that dealer is really serving themselves.

  18. A guy bought a new Cadillac with a check from a new bank account on a Sunday. Promptly took down the street and sold it for loss to another dealer who contacted first dealership who called police and had owner Arrested for Grand theft. On Monday, check cleared, arrested man got out of jail, got money back, and a New Cadillac is Free.

  19. Good car dealer PR is worth thousands if not millions. It's nice to see a car dealer step up to cover bed dealers asses. My respect
